Silky Tea Tree

An attractive compact and wiry shrub, with smooth bark and dull green leaves. Has white or pale pink tea-tree flowers. An adaptable plant suitable for understorey planting. Occurs on sandy soils but tolerates poor drainage.

Best planted in autumn or winter to ensure establishment before hot and dry summer. Prefers full sun but can handle semi-shaded positions.
