Description
Growing in most damp places in Victoria, this plant has heart-shaped leaves but tiny flowers. It grows in full or dappled sun, dying back over summer if the ground dries out, then resprouting when the Autumn rains commence.

Good for the edges of ponds where it will get some moisture. If the pond has a low side, planting here will help prevent soil erosion when the pond overflows.
Little maintenance is necessary. Keep moist all year round. If it becomes too vigorous, some runners can be removed.
